Review by hotel critic
Stepping into Four Elements was like exploring a contemporary art gallery with a cozy twist. the hotel's design seamlessly blended modern aesthetics with sustainable practices, resonating with my German appreciation for innovative decor. Upon entering the Herbs Garden Restaurant, I was intrigued by their commitment to seasonal farm-to-table dishes, reminiscent of the farm-to-fork movement back home in Germany. Being an enthusiast of Dutch and Mediterranean fusion cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique flavors that elevated the locally sourced ingredients. While enjoying my meal, I couldn't help but chuckle to myself thinking about the so-called 'Schiphol goose' and its unexpected appearance at the table. the environmentally conscious shower amenities brought a smile to my face, appreciating the hotel's attention to eco-friendly details.
